Fluid Systems Quality Management Meeting

Fluid Systems Quality Management Meeting

Our Fluid Systems Quality Management Team held a meeting last week in Cleveland with our Quality Managers from all around the world. Sixteen plant Quality Managers in total traveled from around the U.S. and even from places like Suwa, Japan, Neuss and Lindau Germany and Lyon and Charny France. (Everyone made it okay despite the snowmageddon in Ohio last week.)

The main objective of the meeting was a training course provided by an outside firm on certain aspects of the Quality System. While doing this we were also able to provide a networking opportunity for the Quality Managers. Coming from around the world, many of our Quality Managers have never had a chance to meet so we were pretty excited to get everyone together.

The meetings were great and we’re excited to continue taking steps forward with our Global Quality Organization!

CAPA and MQ1 are very important modules that is going to be the main stream of the quality management.
And face to face meeting was very helpful for me. All of the participating person were really professional and very kind.
I strongly felt that most of the people are heading to same direction (more on preventive) with deploying their possible or more resource.

Meeting and training was so good and I’d like to participate again to the team.
